Automation
As an Excel VBA programmer, I automate repetitive tasks and enhance spreadsheet functionality through custom scripts, macros, user-defined functions, and interactive forms. I also use Power Query to streamline data preparation, transformation, and reporting, improving accuracy and saving time.
Beyond Excel, I develop Google Sheets scripts and automate workflows across platforms, including DEAR Systems for inventory management. I use Microsoft Power Automate to connect applications and streamline business processes, including workflows within Microsoft Teams, with Zapier serving as an additional automation tool when needed.

As a Data and Reports Analyst, I specialize in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to produce comprehensive reports. Accounting Calendar Planner - Organizes Accounts Payable and Receivable in a calendar that creates projected net amount and sends out alarms and emails based on account due dates.
Automated invoicing - Streamlined repetitive processes involved in billing. Extracts data from multiple raw tables to invoice format.
Automated workflow in DEAR System - Streamlined repetitive processes involved in invoicing. Created a structured workflow in system integrated automation.
